When you order, please specify what you want on the tag. Names should be limited to 15 letters maximum (ie. "Dr. Jones", or "Elizabeth, R. N.", or "Cassie"). Also tell me what color you want the background color to be as well as the stitching. I will match the snaps to the color of the stitching for you so that your tag will look terrific! You can choose the Pinched Oval or Standard Oval Shape.
In the "Special Instructions to the Seller" (you can see that page when you go to view your cart!) please list the color you want for the tag and stitching, and the name that you want embroidered on it. I use highest quality materials that are even able to be autoclaved if necessary. Both the thread and the material are lightfast and chemical resistant,
